We have received great support from the team in the Flitwick office. They remained helpful and friendly throughout a rather protracted and messy process. Towards the end especially, as everybody came under pressure to exchange, Phil worked like a demon, liaising with other agents, solicitors and people in the chain to keep the ball rolling and keep everyone informed, maintaining momentum where other professionals dropped off.
