Due to Covid we had various problems with our mortgage company and the process was a lot slower than normal, mostly as they are working fro. Home. We felt pressured by Country Properties with constant phone calls and requests for updates every step of the way (they did disclose to us that the property we have purchased, the vendor was a family member of a employee at Country Properties) , or if it is their normal practice. I have never experienced this with previous estate agents. A bit of advice, without prejudice to Country properties, make sure you have a survey that is not desktop. We have a leaking garage roof which is in need of total replacement. So buyer be aware! As I said I would sell through them as they get the job done.... but not buy.
