I’ve never been a fan of estate agents. In the past when I’ve used them they seem to provide a fairly cold service where you can’t help but think the only winner is them. When selling our rental property recently we initially tried Purple Bricks but they provided a terrible service, missing potential appointments and little communication. We then turned to Country Properties, Flitwick, and I must say, they have impressed me no end. They seem an established, friendly team with good local knowledge so were able to advise, guide and sometime prod us through to a successful completion, with a sale price that exceeded our expectations, rare in this current climate.
