David Russell took on the sale in July 2021 and did so while becoming a dad but yet managed to have all the paperwork ready so we could get on speedily with the sale. Nina Harris took over the reins during David’s paternity leave and with all in place she struck gold by achieving the full asking price in a matter of days.
