Sales- I first came upon Martin & Co a couple of years ago.We wanted to purchase BTL properties and were new to the Folkestone area. Brilliant agency and service. I have very positive experience with the agency. Agents are friendly and they are doing their job amazing quick. In less then 2 weeks since we contacted agency, we were able to pick up our keys and move into our new home. And also, in the same time they found a tenant for the flat we were moving out from. We also got our deposit back for flat that we were moving out from in just couple of days and nothing has been deducted from it! Would definitely recommend the agency.
