Martin & CO have been hugely important and helpful to me over the past 5 years. I initially rented a property via Martin & CO in Sandgate where I lived for three very happy years. Their management services are excellent. I always felt supported as a tenant with whatever challenges arose, from normal boiler issues to damp in the seafront apartment which lead to a new shower being fitted. I even locked myself out of the flat one evening and a member of staff returned to the office out of hours to give me a spare key. I have now gone on to purchase a property via Martin & CO which I am so happy with. I like the team enormously who are always polite and kind and I am always greeted warmly when I go to the office.
