Terrible communication and sense of urgency. I’ve made 4 individual enquiries through Zoopla, spoke to an agent (Sam) who asked me to follow up with an email. My 3rd email to him over the last week (with no response) has now received an out of office with nobody monitoring his inbox. They clearly don’t want to sell, and I want to buy! Thankfully the other realtors in Gainsborough are responsive.

I was at the branch in gainsborough. I wanted to ask the lady about renting a house. She didn't even care what kind of house I was looking for, she didn't even look up from her desk. Customer service at an embarrassing level. I will not return to you again and advise all my friends.

just terrible

Having dealt with property for over 10 years buying, selling and renting across the country, this agent would go down as one of the worst I've dealt with. Very poor communication and no urgency ever to progress a sale. Would not recommend

Went for a viewing today it look like an open house around 20 people turned up wanted to view others still waiting for a response useless !!! Avoid
