Leapfrog were amazing from the start of the process right to the end when I picked up my keys. Emily was an absolute star always available to talk me through the process, communication was second to none, nothing was too much trouble, Lynne even fitted in a final viewing prior to completion working around a Covid illness to another member of staff. The only reason I did not give 5* across the board is because there were a couple of occasions where I was given an update by my wife that she had received, but I had not. This is due to us being separated, which I understand the company may not have been aware of, but an update to both parties would have been better on this occasion. Other than that minor point, excellent service. Worthy of 5* overall.

I bought my house via Leapfrog who are local to Skelton. They are always helpful and punctual, very knowledgeable about the area and they responded quickly to my requests and queries. All of the staff were excellent and I would absolutely recommend Leapfrog to anyone.
