The Frost Partnership - Gerrards Cross

I have used Sawyer and Co for about 6 purchases and sales and they are the best estate agents I have ever dealt with. The last sale was difficult, because of the buyers solicitor, but Lucy and Elliot were there for me, on my side, …

Lucy Cratchey, Sales Progressor- made all the difference to us eventually completing what should have been a straightforward purchase.

I have recently just started to rent out a property and Oakleigh blue (Keith and the rest of the team) have very helpful, knowledgeable and professional. Would highly recommend.

Excellent professional service from the initial valuation by Warren, the marketing information by Marcus and sales negotiation and progression of sale by Lynne. I would highly recommend using Fine and Country again.

Warren, lynn and the team were amazing. Highly recommended. Thanks for all your hard work guys

Just like to say a big thank you to Warren and the team at Fine & Country Bolton. The communication and support provided through the whole process was excellent and reassured ourselves through the journey. We sold our property in what is a difficult market and would highly recommend them to support others who are looking to sell, or buy.

Warren and the team were great! From first viewing the house (which was being sold by F&C) he was wonderful to deal with. Lynne was great at keeping to ball rolling and getting us to completion. As always with buying houses there are bumps in the road but Warren and Lynne were always there to support, any day or time and kept me updated throughout. Great estate agents :-)

Following the death of our mother we had to make the awful decision to sell her home that she had lived in for 20+ years. After speaking to Leapfrog we knew that they would treat this sale sensitively and offered to do the viewings due to us being emotionally attached. Throughout the process they have shown me and my family nothing but respect and empathy for us and nothing has been too much trouble. Such an amazing team who helped take away the stress of what was going to be another hurdle for us to get over, thank you x

Leapfrog were amazing from the start of the process right to the end when I picked up my keys. Emily was an absolute star always available to talk me through the process, communication was second to none, nothing was too much trouble, Lynne even fitted in a final viewing prior to completion working around a Covid illness to another member of staff. I would recommend Leapfrog without hesitation to anyone who was moving home. Many thanks to all the team.

The only reason I did not give 5* across the board is because there were a couple of occasions where I was given an update by my wife that she had received, but I had not. This is due to us being separated, which I understand the company may not have been aware of, but an update to both parties would have been better on this occasion. Other than that minor point, excellent service. Worthy of 5* overall.
