After a very bad experience with a previous agent managing our property, I approached Martin & Co based on Woodlands Road. They have been efficient and very professional. As soon as we took them on, our HMO application was sent away and our flat advertised with tenants moving in within a couple of weeks just before Christmas. Yvonne Zmidzinska was very helpful in this process as well as the other agents including Mr Nawaz. Our HMO meeting at the City Council lasted more than 3 hours and they both not only attended on our behalf but stayed until our case was heard. Our property has been managed well, all certificates obtained on time and information has been relayed to us regularly. I couldn't recommend Martin & Co highly enough.
