Stefanie came to the house and advised how to maximise the sale potential and value with a few tweaks to the property. This was very useful as I had no idea how to do this. When the house was on the market I was advised promptly of how everything was going and was sent a list of offers promptly. Once I had accepted an offer with no chain on either side I expected the sale to go through quick. However there were a few delays from the buyers side along the way. Stefanie advised me of reasons for delays and kept the dialog going with myself and the other parties to completion.
