Belvoir manage my 5 bed house in Gloucester, I've used them for about 18 months having moved from another agent in Gloucester who were spectacularly bad! I've found Lucy, and Antony to be helpful, quick at responding and knowledgeable about the legislation around both HMO's and the local rental market. Key for me is that the tenants also can get hold of them. Their management fee structure is transparent and and easy to understand without lots of extra add ons. Would recommend if you are a landlord.

I rent from them. They are ok. Maybe if they would be a bit more involved in their customers needs it would be great.
