I was in a difficult predicament at the time I got in contact with the Gravesend team, and they suffered through countless emails and phone calls with me, patiently explaining what I needed to do and calming me down when I was losing my mind. An incredibly stressful situation for me was rendered perfectly manageable by this little team and they helped me into my first official flat, smiling and giggling most of the time I might add.
