I must say my faith in estate agents has been restored after a few bad experiences with previous agents. From the initial valuation, Andy was honest and realistic in what he felt my property was worth. I was armed with my own research and facts in preparation for a pushy salesman however Andy was not pushy at all and was very professional at all times which I valued as a few competitors were significantly lacking this. Though the sale took a long time to complete due to delays with searches and solicitor enquires, I was kept updated throughout with regular phonecalls and emails which was valued. I will be using Andy and his team again to rent out another property and no doubt when I come to sell again they will be my first point of call. Finding a new home can be very stressful however the team at RMJ have been wonderful to work with. We first met Abi who showed us through a home that wasn’t the right fit. Due to family circumstances, I found it necessary to rent out the family home that my parents have lived in for 57 years! It was a hard decision to make but, after an initial meeting with Chloe from Robinson Michael &Jackson I have not looked back. Her professionalism and enthusiasm shone out and she sold me on the idea of letting out the house. Having no idea of what becominig a landlord involved I was completely put at ease by Chloe and the team, they talked me through each step of the process. Never did I feel that any problem or question I had was too much trouble for them, Chloe, Abi and laterly Stacey were always available on the phone or via email to reassure and put my mind at rest. They have kept me up-to-date on all developments in relation to the property. They introduced me to the RM&J portal, an invaluable online tool which I could access to upload documentation and receive messages etc. It is a brilliant resource for a first-time landlord. Once the property was ready for tenents, within two days of the advertisment going live we had had 7 viewings and a suitable tenant was found. I was amazed at the speed and efficeincy of the team.
