Due to family circumstances, I found it necessary to rent out the family home that my parents have lived in for 57 years! They introduced me to the RM&J portal, an invaluable online tool which I could access to upload documentation and receive messages etc. It is a brilliant resource for a first-time landlord. Once the property was ready for tenents, within two days of the advertisment going live we had had 7 viewings and a suitable tenant was found. I was amazed at the speed and efficeincy of the team. Absolutely brilliant. And now, three weeks later the keys have today been handed over to the new tenants. I cannot speak highly enough of Chloe and her team. From the start to the finish of the process they have all made me feel more like a friend rather than a business contact. The service they provide is second to none and I would not hesitate to recommend RM&J. An outstanding lettings team at an outstanding company. Thank you to all of them for making this such a pleasurable experience for me on what could have been a really emotional and tricky journey.
