Highly recommend, Jo was absolutely fantastic, keeping me updated throughout the process and helping push it through, she's an absolute asset to the company. Ben was brilliant at helping me find the right mortgage for me and sorted out getting an extension on my mortgage offer straight away when things got down to the wire.

Robinson Michael and Jackson sold my mums property. It was a very challenging sale with lots of ups and downs. But went smoothly in the end. Big shout out to Jo who worked tirelessly on the sale and without her it probably wouldn’t have happened. Thank you

Brilliant Professional Service. In a short timescale had to move elderly parents to a care home and sell the house. Lily Dowden Smith and the Gravesend team were very efficient from first contact. Quick to respond with accurate information, excellent processes and online tools. The engagement and sentiment shown to my parents was great. House offers achieved within 10 days.
