The whole lettings process was very smooth, from arranging the viewing with Hollie over the phone to using the portal for the required documents. Ella, Stacey and Ellie were very helpful with all the question I had from the various phone call we had. Right up on till I attended the office to sigh and collect the keys to the property. I’m very happy with the service I have received from the Gravesend office they have been very polite and helpful. The property is great so thanks again.
