I am writing this review, specifically based on the customer service that I have experienced from Lily so far. She has a really personable and informative manner that disarms you. A great negotiator and saleswoman. After 3 years of searching through Covid and the SDLT holiday, we nearly missed viewing a decent property. At first, we had been informed by email that there were no more slots to view and we were a little disheartened given how quickly we had responded to the advert. I rang the office, spoke with Lily and explained our family search. She sounded understanding and promised to call us if any cancellations arose. She kept her word, notifying us on a Friday evening! I picked up her message on a Saturday morning and a few hours later we were on our way to view the property. Our offer has recently been accepted so now the real work begins but I trust Lily and her team to help both parties/families involved with a smooth transaction.
