This is my experience of using a letting agent and my main contact initially was Chloe who was friendly, knowledgeable and professional and proactive whilst also being very patient with a new landlord! Along with Hollie and Ellie I was kept up to date throughout the process and having organised the open house I received four offers on the same day!
