Dear Mrs Dhaliwal. We are sorry that you felt you had to share your frustration on a public forum. We are not in anyway trying to prevent you from viewing houses but on the specific properties you wished to view it is correct that the sellers had instructed us to only show round clients who either have already sold their properly or have no chain. We are aware you knocked on a clients door which made them feel very uncomfortable as this isn’t normal practice. The other property the owner has serious health issues and therefore has asked us only to show round proceedable buyers at this stage.
