Chloe is an agent I spoke to initially about booking a viewing and she was an absolute delight to speak with on the phone and she built a great rapport, she was very helpful and very easy to speak to. Petra is a support co-ordinator and she has also been fantastic in helping finalise all the paperwork, payments and contracts. She is also very helpful, prompt in her response and delivers a brilliant customer service. I highly recommend renting from them and I'm so glad they are their to assist in looking after our new home!
