Honestly, the estate agent made the arduous process alot simpler and made me feel like I wasn't alone in pursuing the end goal! Very grateful for the very cooperative and helpful people at the Gravesend branch! Even when someone was off there was always someone else in the team that would reach out to me to provide updates or even just to keep me in the loop of the process and ask how it was going, which was very appreciated :)
