We needed a letting valuation letter from a local agency. For last 2 weeks, we contacted 5 different agencies including Robinson Michael&Jackson Gravesend. Even though I was in a meeting in the morning they called me, they repeatedly called us to reach. In the afternoon I received another call from Chloe to sort my request out. She actually emailed me the letter without even asking a penny which was surprising and very kind. She sorted my request out within less than a day. She even texted me on WhatsApp to make sure if we received the email or not as I could not confirm that I received the email. i honestly am so happy to meet Robinson & Jackson, I will definitely reach them when I decide to rent out my property in the future.
