I picked RMJ because they have a big local presence. I also had one other big local estate agent come round to measure and quote. Out of the two, I felt RMJ was just ahead, the pricing was fair and the explanation of their services was clear and concise. I was specifically looking for a hands off sale, where RMJ did literally everything, viewings, chase calls etc. And they did just that. The sale went through very quickly and was painless. They kept me up to date and the frequency and detail of calls and emails was to my liking.
