Andy and Ben (dream team!) helped me with my purchase as a first-time buyer, they made everything so simple, quick and easy. I was kept well informed throughout the whole process. They didn’t make me feel stupid at all with any concerns I had about the property or with my questions as it was the first time going through this process, so I didn’t know what to expect. I now know and understand the process of buying a home and it is really not as hard as I thought I was going to be! I’d been told by friends, family, colleagues etc. that buying a house is one of the most stressful things to do in life but these guys made my experience super super easy, which is hard in normal times but even harder in these uncertain COVID times. Even when I went to pick up my keys from the office as a nervous excited first-time buyer (hadn’t sunken it yet that I’d bought a house), Nicola who handed over the keys to me was so lovely and mega excited for me which was really nice to see.
