All the representatives I've spoken to (Chloe, Abigail, Petra) whilst approaching, being signed up with and using this service for a managed letting have been very helpful. Petra in particular was very attentive and accommodating when dealing with the leadup to my tenants moving in. So far everything has been relatively painless to get my rental property up and running, which has been a weight off of my shoulders.
