I appointed RMJ to market a house which was the subject of probate. Despite this legal process taking far too long ( no fault of RMJ ! ) and the property being unoccupied, I have been impressed with RMJ's unfailing efforts in conducting viewings, arranging site visits, finding a buyer and then ensuring that all parties were kept fully informed throughout. There is a good team at the office but I would particularly like to mention Jo Rossiter who has been my main point of contact and with her thoroughly professional handling and extremely personable approach the sale is now complete.
