I have used Thomas Marsh Estate Agency for both sales and Lettings and for both services I have been very happy with their help/advice and customer service. Their Lettings department recently referred me to an electrical engineer who carried out very speedy replacements of some broken storage heaters. Great service.

From the very beginning of marketing my property right through to the selling process and more Thomas Marsh have been brilliant especially Bailee Curran who found me a buyer and Chelsea Johnson who my sale gets passed to who ensures everything runs smoothly throughout the selling process and she also chases up any outstanding queries and gives you an update of progress on a regular basis, this “extra service” I have noticed is not provided by any of the estate agents that I have used in the past it’s a pretty personalised unique service that Thomas Marsh offer. They sold my property within hours of it going live on rightmove as Bailee was very keen and professional in marketing.
