I rent my house out through Thomas Marsh. Naz Miah of Thomas Marsh spent time assessing my property and informing me of the rental process. He took plenty of photos and found me tenants I really like within a couple of days of taking over the rental of the property. When I've had queries the staff responded the same day and resolved any queries or issues I've raised. I feel confident that my house is being rented to decent tenants who always pay the rent on time and that the agents are not just renting my house to obtain the commission but really care about their business. This agency deserves to win awards as they are reliable and honest. Unlike some other agents I have used in Grays that have been fairly useless.
