It was a very complicated, long process and Lauren progressed with the buyers and solicitors several times a week and always reported back to us. Some weeks she reported to us several times a day. She kept records of all her discussions and always read back to us her notes. She was always polite, very sympathetic but always professional and did not reveal confidential information regarding her discussions with our buyers unless she thought it was necessary. Our final bill was a lot less than it would have been had we gone with another estate agent.
