From beginning to end. The manager Naz came round to explain a bit about themselves and came across friendly, informative and exactly what we required. It wasn't a hard sale. We were trialed on an app website which was great, cut out phone calls and update as required. The sales staff work arround our busy schdule with children. Once we had the buyer it was passed to Lauren who managed us from start to finish in this process. Again i cannot thank her enough for the attention to detail, information on every issue that occurred. She managed our expectation all the way through. We were in a large chain and we found Lauren lead the way with all other estate agents. Will be passing to friends and family without hesitation.
