A special mention must go to Lauren Tait who kept the sales process moving and dealt with any queries quickly and always with a smile. She kept me constantly informed with everything and went 'the extra mile' to make sure things progressed to the completion date with as minimal stress to me as possible :) The 24 client online portal is ideal to keep up to date on the 'footfall' online of enquiries, viiewings, offers etc after hours and at weekends.
