From beginning to end Thomas Marsh have been fantastic dealing with my sale. When first meeting Naz, I found him to be knowledgeable, honest, transparent, realistic and genuine. After being with another agent previously for 6 months without one offer being made in that time, I was pretty jaded by the whole process., but Thomas Marsh got me an offer within the first day of it being on with them. Bailee has been fantastic these last couple of weeks going above and beyond to push my sale through to exchange. He has always been extremely professional and understanding, especially when dealing with my desperate pleas for help in trying to hurry solicitors along, and chase up other parties in the chain - I cannot praise his efforts enough! Everyone else I have dealt with at Thomas Marsh, have been friendly, polite and professional and have always delivered on what they set out to do.
