Living out of area

Needed to sell asap as not to loose the chain were were in. Thomas Marsh responded very quickly to the stressed state we were in. Even though they were out of area they held an open day and sold in that one day with three offers of full asking price on the table. They were friendly and understanding giving time to listen to me. Once sold case went to their advisor who worked very hard to keep the chain of 5 all together and gave them reassurance this sale would go through as quickly as it can. Communication is a key factor along with honesty which they gave. I could not praise enough how Thomas Marsh work as a team treating you as individuals. There ethos as a company is so true.
