Great company, great people!

Thomas Marsh moved me into my first flat to rent and they did an excellent job. Moving out for the first time is rather daunting but Thomas Marsh were there for me every step of the way. The amount of calls of questions I flooded them with and they were ALWAYS there happy to help. We mainly dealt with Alette and she was really great - I don't know how she put up with me! But even when she wasn't around, there would be someone in the office to help. The night before I moved in I actually went into the office to pick up some documents and I was so nervous about the next day and everyone there were so lovely and reassuring. James, who works at Thomas Marsh, was also reassuring me and was telling me how he actually sold the flat to my Landlord and all the history etc which really put me at ease! The only thing I'm upset about is that, unfortunately, it is not being managed by them! But at some point this year I will be looking to buy and I will definitely be getting in touch with Thomas Marsh to help me purchase my first house!
