Thomas Marsh was the first agent I contacted when I put my property on the market. This wasn’t due to a leaflet pushed through my door making bold claims and promises, it was simply due to how many SOLD boards they had up in my area. You can’t get a better advertisement than that! and following my initial consultation I decided they were the agents I wanted to sell my property and I have not been disappointed! Thomas Marsh have been excellent at every stage of the process. I was impressed with the depth of their local knowledge at my initial consultation and very happy with the realistic and achievable valuation I was given. The relaxed and friendly way they conduct themselves was refreshing too, no hard sell and no pressure or harassment to make a quick decision to appoint them.. The quality of their properly adverts is excellent too and really did my property justice. Most important they deliver. Within days of the property going on sale they had organised an open house viewing for the following Saturday afternoon and on the Monday morning I had several full asking price offers to consider. But they didn’t stop there, once I had accepted an offer their sales progression team took over and pro-actively managed the sale through all the inevitable ups and downs to successful completion.
