Purchase of property

Overall Thomas Marsh provided myself and fiancée with a great service. Going through the purchase of a property can be very stressful but they were supportive and worked with us to complete the process as quick as possible in the simplest way. The initial viewing was arranged through James Taylor who was prompt to respond to queries or messages and helpful when trying to organise subsequent viewings. Once the offer was accepted, Patricia Gibson took over and we found her very easy to liaise with, proactive and helpful in moving purchase along. The only downside to the experience was an oversight from Thomas Marsh in not ensuring as promised that the property was left completely cleared. Apart from this unfortunate incident, their service was very good and we would certainly consider using them again when selling or buying in the future,
