Alan and I have been delighted with Tom’s work in finding new tenants for our flat. He was prompt with arranging viewings, feeding back to you and very helpful with his recommendations afterwards. We’ve lately been working with Jess on issues with our previous tenants. She has been so supportive and efficient in arranging everything and keeping us informed. A really good team!
