We are currently in the process of buying our first home. Would like to say a huge thank you to Poppy Lawrance so far….we walked into Intercounty Dunmow back in November and was greeted by Poppy who we found very polite, has great customer service and went out her way to assist us ensuring she covered all avenues of what kind of property we was looking for including viewing properties. She has communicated well by phone as well as via email with progress updates. We look forward to completing soon and moving in. We would also like to mention Daniel Dale who met us at the property we are buying to assist us with the viewing, we found him to be very polite and helpful during our viewing allowing us to take our time to answer any questions we had even though this was out of office time….you are both a credit to Intercounty.
