I’ve been a tenant with InterCounty for the last 2 years and apart from the inspection lady Gemma I had not been impressed with the service I got. Feedback was late and it seemed nobody cared about the tenants. However, recently I was introduced to Matt. He is absolutely amazing. He always responds quickly, is honest and genuinely interested in getting a resolution. I’m so impressed with the service I’ve received in the last 2 months. It feels like a different company. Thank you for all you help Matthew Stapleton.
