Don’t even know where to start, if you are thinking about selling your house choose a different estate agent! Don’t think I have one good word to say about Ashtons, when they come to give you a quote they do a big speech on how amazing they are and have the best stats in Warrington but all they do is put you on Rightmove and one Facebook post when you first go on they don’t promote your property or do anything else I could of done what they did still to this day don’t actually know what I’ve paid for other than an advert for Rightmove. The manager is rude and arrogant likes to think he is always right. They get annoyed at you if you chase them to actually do some work. Online it states they open are 930 but actually they have a meeting in the morning and get quite annoyed if you ring even though their phone lines are on. It took 10 weeks for them to even put the for sale board up and when questioned they didn’t realise it hadn’t been done. As a whole they aren’t professional, once you’ve been on the market for so long you get forgotten about, . I will certainly not be using Ashtons again
