Mike & Nick provided a great service and Mike especially went above and beyond to resolve an issue regarding some paperwork a solicitor further down the chain had suddenly decided at the last minute that they needed from our buyers in order to exchange & complete. Our property was vacant, so they handled all viewings but kept us informed of when visits would take place and even went to check on the house after it was reported back to them that our house alarm had been sounding.
