As first time buyers we obviously had a lot of queries and questions and Stacey was so attentive and informative from day one. She replied promptly with honest and frequent updates and reassured us through out the proccess, making sure we were always involved and up to date. She was extremely friendly and had great customer service and went above and beyond. I would honestly recommend ashtons as an estate agents because of Stacey to friends and family and want to say a massive thank you to her for making this experience as smooth as possible and ensuring our journey buying our first property was as exciting as it's suppose to be. We have recently bought our first house through ashtons in Newton Le Willows; and right from the start Stacey was on hand to help us with anything. It took us a few months to find a house we love and at first we was beaten when making the offer. Stacey and Simon both had to deal with my emotional side when I thought I’d lost my first home, they was great! The house took a while to go through due to probate so Stacey had to deal with my constant nagging, moaning and questions for 6 months! Now that we are in our home we can’t thank her enough, from all the visits she made for us, to chasing up emails, answering all our questions and giving us reassurance she was great the whole process!
