In the past we have used other well known estate agents and not been very pleased with their performance so we went with Astons what a difference so professional sold the house in no time at all they dealt with all of the viewings of the property and kept us informed at every stage of the sale we where made up with them and would not use any other estate agents if we had to sell a property.

Ashtons in Penketh have been fantastic in selling our house. The team are very efficient! We had a lot of viewings and all were followed up with feedback. Viewings were booked at times convenient to us, or the team took the viewings on our behalf. During the sale all paperwork/particulars were also sent to us. I cannot recommend Ashtons enough.
