I made an offer for a flat and they did not bother at all to let me know about the result. Very poor communication and arrogant staff.

They are very rude and disturbing when you decide to leave them. They made you struggle by making small things very difficult. They never gave me the keys and important documents back at the time cease of contract and now demanding 50 Pounds + VAT for giving the documents. I am going to take them to the court.

Mohammad, Regret to say all what you are saying is incorrect. less we forget you attempted to do a private deal with the tenants to avoid paying our fees. The keys were always at our offices for your collection, the fact that you did not collect them for over 12 months is not really our fault. We also stopped manging your property over 12 months ago and now you want some documents in relation to this. you will find that any organisation charges for going into their archived files regardless of whether you are a customer or not. I asked Deepak to value and sell a property for me. I have no emotional attachment to any property; it’s purely business. I agreed with his valuation with one stipulation which was I did not want to be stuck in limbo. I received an offer the next day and after a few negotiations we agreed on a value £30,000 less than the valuation by Deepak, which was fine by me. After a few weeks of stringing me along and me asking the agency to have something in writing I get fobbed off and they tried to convince me that the correct procedure was that the buyer need NOT inform my solicitor of their intention to buy as they did not want to spend money on a solicitor until after a survey, which was not done either. Pure deception and lies. The agency then reduced the price without consultation with me. I then get an email saying that the value of the property was too high due to parameters of the property which had not changed ( eg size of garden). As I said I have no emotion about buying and selling but this agency’s behaviour was disgraceful. Would not recommend them at all as they do not have your interest at the centre of their model. Between me and my PA I have all what I have mentioned documented so do not be fobbed of with his reply to this review as they are time wasters.NegativeProfessionalism

Dear Mr. Shuguaa thanks for your comments and let me try and reply point by point. 1. We never strung you along, the buyer wanted to wait until after his survey before instructing solicitors, this is quite normal. The fact the buyer changed their mind is hardly our fault. No lies and deception and your PA constantly hounding us everyday did not help matters as we are here to sell, we are working for free until we complete on a sale so its in our interest to sell. Our actions were to generate more interest in the property as we never ever rely on one buyer. My colleague gave your feedback on the viewings, the fact that you did not appreciate the comments I get, but the facts speak for themselves. In variably we service our clients well hence our high google rating but occasionally we drop the baton like most organisations/people and for that I apologise. I once again remind you that we like most estate agents work for free until we complete on the sale. you will find not many industries do this. So its in our interest to sell. In an attempt to build bridges with yourself we are prepared to drop our commission level by 25% to show you some good faith. I will leave it to you either way. Merry Xmas & Happy New Year.
