Customer service is great

Had been at property for quite a few years, it had been managed by different estate agents and never had an issue. Things changed slightly when Ellis & co took over. Have never met Payal personally, my experience has only been via emails and texts which always have a slightly passive aggressive tone to them. Have met Ravi in a few circumstances who seemed helpful and professional, so in terms of customer service not many complaints simply that work at property is still to be done 12 months after issues been raised and it's a constant chasing up for it all to be fixed and issues with mould still to be resolved. But I am aware that they are not the worst but I have definitely had better companies managing this property so I believe they have the potential to provide better service too.

cancelled my appointment and never even phoned to rearrange

do NOT go with this agents, complete time wasters. me and my wife went for a viewing on Friday evening, put an offer in on Saturday morning. called on Tuesday morning, spoke to Bob for an update, told would be given a call back, no call has been received! I don't mind that the flat has gone to somebody else and tbh I'm glad it has done as they have been very unprofessional. Not blaming anybody for taking the property instead of us but just to ignore us isn't professional! all I have received is a text message from Zaheed at 10:45pm who told me the landlord has chosen somebody else, he also advised he would call me back on Wednesday, again still no phone call. very unprofessional and just wasted our time and efforts
