For taking good care of us during our tenancy, rectifying all the wrongs of the last year, resolving maintenance issues or any other hurdles with utmost care and professionalism. Even on the weekends and sometimes late hours as well. Matter of the fact, Their kindness forced me in my conscience to delete my negative comment of last year and to put this positive one. After ending of our tenancy this Monday 17.07.2023, Their inspection, keys collection procedure etc. were really smooth and helpful. Moreover our deposit refund came in within 3 days, fastest time for refund from my experience of 2 decades with estate agencies. Companies shine and flourish with positive, kind, diligent and hard working professionals like Mr. Jatin & Mr. Bob, Or go down with bad and incompetent ones whose name I am not mentioning here.
