We rented a property through ellis and co. We have a little bit of issue but manage to sort thing out. Thanks to PAYAL she’s been very helpful to us and very accommodating even advising us what we should and shouldn't while renting a property. During the lockdown we decided to move place we are very hesitant because people will start to view the property so it means a lot of them that we don't know will come and out. First batch of viewing I don't have any problem PAYAL was there its was smooth and planned properly. The second one was a disappointing no proper plan on how to do it and it was in the middle of pandemic and most of us is on high risk. On the third I was so happy seeing her again properly done social distancing was applied i was so pleased and happy i feel very safe even my in laws and My daughter Is happy seeing her.
