We recently bought a property through Ellis & Co Greenford, and we want to express our gratitude for the team's exceptional support throughout the process. The sales situation was quite difficult, but the Greenford office team, including Zeeshan, Krupesh, and Reid, were incredibly helpful and attentive from start to finish. Getting the property before the 31st of March was crucial for us to avoid paying higher stamp duty, and Saumil played a key role in making sure the property was vacated by the 23rd of March. At one point, we were concerned the sale might fall through, but Saumil handled the situation with great care and was equally looking after the buyer (us) and the seller. On the 15th of March, we received a call from him confirming that we could proceed with the exchange and completion before the 31st of March, which eventually happened successfully.
