Don't waste your time !! Told Us someone was coming to View escorted by a member of staff so took the afternoon off work waited and waited No estate agent and No one turned up to view. Was told perspective buyer had forgot then story changed to he bought the first house he looked at No apology, and didnt seem to be bothered it cost me a job losing me over £300. We were told All viewings supposed to be accompanied this is not the case and when they have been ive actually shown someone half way around before estate agent turned up. Recent Viewing was a Joke all the Novice 8 weeks on the job estate agent said to client was and i quote '' This is the Kitchen'' ''This is the bed room'' and so on throughout the entire house, No Really is it not obvious its a kitchen that's why there's a Cooker Fridge Freezer Sink etc Didnt even know the layout of the house shown someone into the downstairs WC saying this is a storage room. Had another call this morning asking if someone can come and view so once again ive not gone to work Luckily im self employed But losing money isnt good business. Lo and behold No one has got back to me so sat here like a fool typing this review. We have been messed about Lied to and Not had delivered what was promised. I personally would Not Recommend to anybody and defiantly will never use this company again,
